We are working with South Gloucestershire Council to make rental properties in South Gloucestershire warmer, greener and cheaper to run. If you are the landlord of an EPC E-, F- or G-rated property, we can help you understand how to meet the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standard (MEES).

Severn Wye will provide a free home energy assessment and roadmap setting out no-cost, low-cost and capital-cost measures to help improve the energy efficiency of the property. Our expert home energy adviser will give you a clear and impartial view on the measures needed to meet MEES regulations, including their likely impact on bills, energy efficiency rating and carbon emissions.
