This follows our February 2026 briefing in Gloucester where 50 guests joined us for a friendly and engaging information and networking evening – a mix of private rental landlords with property portfolios of all sizes, senior local authority and NHS leads, and the regional representative from the National Landlord Rental Association.
Co-hosted with Evolve Home Energy Solutions, the event covered a range of topics, from compliance with EPC and MEES regulations, to improving property SAP ratings, to finding routes to funding. It was supported by a range of merchants bringing technical kit to ‘show and tell’.
