No home visit needed – this remote survey and short report will highlight the solar options for your property and help you decide if it’s a cost- and energy-efficient solution for you

Our MEES survey will determine the best way to improve the EPC rating of your properties, whether you want to meet or exceed current energy efficiency requirements for your rentals.
We offer a 20% discount on multiple surveys carried out on the same day.
We can work with tenants to find funding towards improvements where eligible.

This test enables assessors to identify where your property is leaking heat and explain where you should focus improvements in draught exclusion and insulation. Can be combined with a thermal imaging camera in winter.
What’s involved:
- a 2-hour process including set-up
- walk and talk with assessor to understand where heat is being lost
- short written summary of your results
- certificate of air tightness results

The cost of an air permeability test will depend on the nature of your property so please get in touch using the enquiry form below and one of the team will get back to you to discuss how we can help.
Using an infrared camera, one of our senior assessors will carry out a thermographic inspection of your home to help identify areas that are wasting heat. These draughts can then be targeted in the future to reduce heat loss at the property.
While onsite, the assessor will answer any questions you have on energy efficiency.
