We are accredited through Elmhurst and can work with anyone who can accept these inputs.
Retrofit assessments as part of a PAS 2035 accredited retrofit.
We will work with accredited retrofit coordinators to deliver the RA as defined in PAS 2035. Our experienced team of assessors are either fully qualified retrofit coordinators or working towards the qualification.
We are accredited through Elmhurst and can work with anyone who can accept these inputs.
All of our team are qualified to work on pre 1919 traditional construction.
Post Retrofit QA visits – EPC/R – follow up from RA work or where you need an independent eye (£125 + VAT)
Our RA will return to follow up on the assessment visit, produce a new EPC/R and provide you with the LIG file. They will also report back any issues or unintended consequences.
