Supporting your clients

Our advisers have an encyclopaedic knowledge – not just of energy efficiency but of the patchwork of regional funding schemes and their eligibility requirements, and how to get people further specialist support when their energy debt turns out to be only the tip of the iceberg.

It’s being part of that support network that makes us so effective. The trust and credibility we share with partners, coupled with our on-the-ground knowledge, means we can work towards longer-term change.

  • With your client’s permission, you can refer them to us using the details below.
  • Once we’ve assessed their needs, we will ask the client to sign a form giving us permission to advocate on their behalf.
  • Their adviser will be with them every step of the way until their issue is resolved.
  • If appropriate, we will keep you updated on progress and may refer the client back to you – or to another relevant partner organisation – if they need additional help that we cannot provide.

Reaching into communities

We currently have funding to bring energy advice and support to communities that are typically excluded from usual sources of help, including Traveller, Roma, Gypsy, refugees, and rurally isolated communities.

This support is available to people in Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and South Gloucestershire.

If you are working with clients from these communities, please refer them to us as normal using the details above.

This extended service is funded by Wales and West Utilities. You can download an information leaflet below.
